On September 10th, 2021, the first European Young People and Young Professionals Forum (YPYP Forum) took place in virtual format, organized by WHO / Europe in collaboration with the European Medical Students’ Association (EMSA), the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA) and the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF). With over 200 participants having registered, the forum set out to discuss possibilities to strive towards a more inclusive European region, piloting and formalising meaningful non-tokenistic youth involvement.
