The Training Center of Excellence is one of the main capacity building tools we use in EMSA. The goal is to help our members explore their potential and become EMSA soft skills trainers.
The Training Center of Excellence consists of 5 days of training sessions held by experienced trainers that aim to pass knowledge and ideas in terms of training delivery and an Open Training Day, where the trainers-to-be deliver their own sessions to other EMSAi.
