2) Call for Trainers in SA 2017
You are a trainer looking for a new opportunity to deliver an international training? Than this call is for you!
We are looking for trainers to deliver soft skill trainings during EMSA SA’17 in Ljubljana. In order to deliver a training in our next Assembly, send your CV and motivational letter argumenting three topics you would like to deliver until 1st March 00.01 CET to teo@emsa-europe.eu.

According to the current version of agenda, there should be two sessions for trainings (on 3rd April): one alone standing and one parallel with elections; so please specify in your mail, if you’ll be carrying any voting right or proxy, as well as your application status. If you have further questions you can address them to our TEO.

3) Call for Commissions and Social Media Team in SA 2017

1-CREDENTIAL COMMISSION (3-5 people)
Do you want to take an active role in making the plenary days run as smoothly as possible? The role of the Credential Commission is to distribute voting rights to representatives before the first plenary, count the votes during plenaries and make sure all people holding voting rights are in the room. No prior experience is required, only enthusiasm! We have one vote per faculty and online proxies now, so this task is better and easier than ever!

2-CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION (1-2 people)
This Commission has a very important role in making sure everything is in order during the proceedings and we do things according to the EMSA ‘constitution’ which is the Internal Rules. You can break the plenary any time in case the Board or participants fail to follow the rules and instruct us on the right way, after you check it in the IRs (available to everyone). Candidates must have prior knowledge of the Internal Rules and Statutes and must have attended at least one GA before.

3-PLENARY TEAM = GA Chairperson + GA Vice Chairperson + GA Secretary (3 people in total)
The Chairperson & Vice Chairperson of the meeting lead the plenary, conduct the voting and make sure the procedures are delivered on time. The GA Secretary takes the minutes of the meeting. To make things easier, we will try to audio record the running of the meeting. These 3 positions play the most fundamental role in the whole GA, attendance of at least one previous GA is necessary by internal rules.

4-SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
Do you want to make everyone jealous of the awesome event you are attending? Are you creative and up for a challenge? Do you have 1000 followers on Instagram? Take your Spring Assembly experience to the next level as a member of the Social Media Team! We are looking for EMSA-enthusiasts who could help us spread the blue spirit on social media as working together with EMSA VPC during SA. Also, we are seeking creative minds to capture those awesome memories on camera and to create an unforgettable video.

APPLICATION FORM FOR COMMISSIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
